Creating a new website is a big challenge and effort, so the website designer and the client need to have synergies for the project to be successful. It can also happen that WordPress is not the best solution for you and if so, we will tell you.

How much does a website cost?

How long does it take to build my website?

The answer to this question will vary depending on the project, but generally it takes three to four weeks. We can give you an estimated timeline for your project, and if you need to have your site completed faster, let us know.

What happens if I don't like the web design?

If you are unhappy with the new design, we find out why and make the necessary adjustments at no extra cost. Please remember that if you would be unhappy with our design and service we guarantee 100% refund.

What is SEO?

Search Engine Optimization is all about getting your website higher up in the search results on search engines such as Google. The higher up the results you are the more traffic (and customers) you’re likely to get.

What is website hosting?

For a web site to be available on the internet, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, it needs to be hosted on a web server which is available and online at all times. In simple words all your website files and data are stored on hosting servers (HDD or nowadays SSD). An annual fee is charged for this service depending on the size and needs of a website. Cost vary with each hosting provider.

Will you organize website hosting?

Of course we will organize hosting for you. We ensure that your website is hosted on top class hosting platform and is not costing a fortune.

Do you offer a tutorial for my website?

Yes we provide all our clients with free instruction videos on maintaining their website, adding new content and all aspects you need or wish to know or learn. The videos are tailored to match your website or online shop.

Do you offer a free SSL on the websites you host?

Yes, we provide all our clients with a free Let’s Encrypt certificate.

Will my website be mobile friendly and responsive?

Yes, absolutely. Having a mobile-friendly website is more important than ever and your website will also be responsive, meaning that he will adapt to the size of the screen. Your website will look great on smartphones, tablets, laptops and desktop computers.

Can you revise or maintain my current website?

No, we have found it’s cheaper in most cases to start over than it is to retrofit an existing website.

Does it matter that my actual website looks dated?

Simply ask yourself the question: would you buy from a company with an old, dated, non-responisive website or one with a modern, attractive, mobile friendly and responsive website?

Do I need a website?

No, you don’t. if you already have enough customers and don’t want anymore you probably don’t need a website. However if you would like to have new customers and get more enquiries you should have a website.

Can you help me with photos and videos?

Yes, we will help you find suitable stock photos. Preferably free like at www.unsplash.com but we can also go for paying photos from www.shutterstock.com or other similar providers. If you prefer photos made in your business or a corporate video, no problem! We work with skilled photographers who know perfectly how to visualize your product or business.

What do you need from me when you start?

It depends on what type of website you want. We will discuss this when we start working together. Typically we need: photos of your team, products and workplace, website content like texts, price lists, videos you would like to add to your website, etc… And very important: keywords.

What is corporate identity?

A corporate identity comprehends of a collection of visual elements such as logos, taglines, fonts and colors used to identify your company, create an image and promote it. A strong corporate identity expresses your vision, purpose and values while aiming to differentiate your business from its competitors.

Can I use my own logo?

Yes, of course.

Do you only create WordPress websites?

Do you also create WooCommerce webshops?

Do we need to meet?

It’s not essential to meet in person as technology allows for projects to be managed via phone, email, Messenger, WhatsApp, but if you think a meeting is needed, we can always organize one.

Will you set up business emails for me?

Yes, your web design and development package comes with email accounts set up.

How do I get started?

How do I know how much pages my website needs?

First you need to decide what information you want to communicate to your customers. Once you did that you can divide the information in categories and subcategories. Eventually, this will tell you how much pages your website requires.

Can I see my website while you build it?

Of course! In fact, we love it. We start building your website on a development domain first and we provide you with a username and password so that you can log in and monitor the progress of your site. If you have feedback or something isn’t quite the way you want it or if you’ve changed your mind, you simply tell us. Your wish is our command.
